1. Acceptance of the Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Dullet mobile application (hereinafter, “the App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which apply in addition to the general conditions published on our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the App.


2. Definitions

  • Virtual Asset: Digital representation of value (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT).

  • Client/User: Individual or entity using the App and Dullet’s services.

  • Account: Personal access protected by credentials (email and password) for using the App.

  • In-App Purchase: Apple’s integrated purchase system for transactions within the App.

  • AML/CTF: Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing regulations applicable in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.

  • Fees: Commissions and charges published on our website and, where applicable, in the App, subject to change.


3. Compliance with Apple App Store Guidelines

The App has been developed and operates in accordance with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines.
All transactions, purchases, or subscriptions made within the App will be processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system, in compliance with App Store policies.
Dullet is committed to updating the App in accordance with any new requirements imposed by Apple.


4. Services Offered

The App provides access to various services offered by Dullet, including:

  • Exchange of digital assets and fiat currencies

  • Management of electronic wallets (centralized and decentralized)

  • Issuance and administration of a debit card linked to digital assets

  • Payment gateway for merchants, integrated with NFC POS systems

  • Peer-to-peer (P2P) trading platform

  • OTC service for direct crypto-to-fiat conversions

Note: Some features may be subject to requirements or limitations imposed by Apple or local regulations.


5. Registration, Verification, and Responsible Use (KYC)

  • Registration: Creating an account requires providing personal data such as full name, ID, and other relevant information.

  • Verification: Dullet may request additional documentation to comply with current AML/CTF regulations in Dubai and the UAE.

  • Responsible Use: Users agree to use the App ethically and in accordance with these terms, avoiding illegal or fraudulent activities.


6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CTF)

  • Regulatory Compliance: Dullet complies with applicable AML/CTF laws in Dubai and the UAE, particularly those established by the relevant regulatory authority.

  • Due Diligence: Sources of funds and risk levels for each user will be verified in line with local AML/CTF regulations.

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Transaction monitoring mechanisms will be implemented, and suspicious activities will be reported to the competent authorities in Dubai as required by law.

  • Account Suspension: If risks related to money laundering or terrorism financing are detected, Dullet reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the user’s account.


7. Security and Liability

  • Asset Protection: Dullet employs security measures such as cold storage, encryption, and multi-factor authentication to protect assets.

  • Limitation of Liability: Dullet is not liable for losses due to virtual asset volatility, blockchain transaction errors, cyberattacks, or user misuse of credentials.


8. Privacy and Data Protection

Dullet is committed to protecting users’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Dubai and the UAE.
Personal data will only be used for the purposes described in these terms and will be shared with competent authorities only when legally required.


9. Modifications and Termination

  • Modifications: Dullet reserves the right to amend these terms, notifying users at least 30 days in advance.

  • User Termination: Users may request account termination with 30 days’ notice.

  • Dullet Termination: Dullet may immediately suspend or terminate access to the App for breach of terms or legal risk.


10. Legal Framework

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with specific reference to applicable regulations in Dubai.

  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.


11. Contact and Complaints

  • Support: For any inquiries or complaints, users may contact: support@dullet.io

  • Competent Authority: Regulatory or data protection complaints may be directed to the appropriate authorities in Dubai.


12. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, graphics, images, texts, and software within the App are the property of Dullet or third parties who have licensed their use. Reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without Dullet’s express written consent.


13. Limitation of Liability and Warranty Disclaimer

The App and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Dullet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.


14. Force Majeure

Dullet is not liable for delays, failures, or interruptions in service caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, conflicts, pandemics, or third-party service outages.


15. Dispute Resolution and Alternative Mechanisms

  • Mediation and Arbitration: Parties agree to attempt dispute resolution through mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable Dubai regulations.

  • Jurisdiction: If no agreement is reached, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Dubai.


16. Service Modifications and Notifications

Dullet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services, in whole or in part, with notice to users via in-App announcements or email, unless otherwise required by law.


17. Assignment and Subcontracting

Dullet may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these terms to third parties, without affecting users’ acquired rights.


18. No Waiver Clause

Dullet’s failure or delay in exercising any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right. Inaction in enforcing any provision does not affect Dullet’s right to enforce it later.


19. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. Dullet is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties. Access to these sites is solely at the user’s own risk.


20. Language and Version of the Terms

These Terms and Conditions were drafted in Spanish. In case of discrepancies or versions in other languages, the Spanish version shall prevail for interpretation purposes.


21. Validity and Updates of the Terms

These terms are effective as of the date of their last update and remain in force until modified or replaced. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of any changes made to these Terms and Conditions.
